Warranty Policy
Why is our guarantee 60 days?
At our company, we are committed to offering quality products and backing them up with a 60 -day warranty, valid only for antifreeze leaks visible through the water pump indicator . This is the break-in period for parts to detect manufacturing defects related to the product.
However, many water pump failures are not caused by product defects, but by installation errors, poor maintenance, or external conditions that compromise their operation. Therefore, it is essential to know and avoid the causes that void the warranty .

Excluding warranty
RUPTURE
Although they are made of strong materials such as aluminum or steel, water pumps can break due to:
- Use of inappropriate tools (crowbars, hammers).
- Overvoltage on the mounting bands or screws.
- Misaligned mounting.
- Reuse old components such as the fan clutch.
Tip: Make sure the installation is performed by a professional using appropriate tools and following the manufacturer's specifications.

ELECTROLYSIS
This phenomenon occurs when electricity flows through the cooling system, damaging the internal metals.
Tip: Make sure all electrical connections are properly grounded and regularly check the pH of your antifreeze. Using the correct type and maintaining a healthy system can help prevent this invisible but serious problem.

Excluding warranty
CAVITATION FAILURE
It is the formation of vapor bubbles in the antifreeze that can destroy internal components by erosion.
Tip: Make sure you use the correct mixture of distilled water and antifreeze, according to the type recommended by the vehicle manufacturer. Check for any restrictions in coolant flow.

Excluding warranty
CONTAMINATED FLUID
Old, improperly mixed, or contaminated antifreeze can seriously affect pump performance.
Tip: Always replace the antifreeze when changing the pump. Use distilled water and avoid mixing different types of coolant. A clean system prolongs the life of all components.
